Yeah, by pipes are all chrome...the only bit I found on the bike that looks like chrome but is actually plastic is the horn (which is hidden away, anyhow). The rest of it is all chrome, where it should be - but, another word of warning, be sure you take care of it and either get a bike cover (about £20) or keep it garaged. The chrome is not quite as thick as the more expensive bikes, and will rust up if you don´t keep it clean. £1050 seems a pretty fair/average price - if they´d register it for you aswell, that would be perfect! Its a bit of hassle to get it registered (whatever they may tell you) and it takes over a week by post and about 5 working days if you go to a local DVLA office in person...which is pretty frustrating when you have a new bike sat outside your house which you are bursting to go out on!
