The bikes are excellent quality for the type of money you typically pay for them. Although they come from China, and that carries a negative reputation, these kind of imported bikes have been getting better and better in quality and performance over the last few years, and Jinlun is one of the leading brands now.
As I said at the start, you tend to get what you pay for. If you have a limited budget but want all the chrome and good looks of a cruiser, then this is the perfect bike. Personally, I bought mine purely for the occasional ride at weekends and in fine weather, rather than as a workhorse/everyday commuter - and for that, its perfect.
