Intruder 1400 engine vibration

Just picked up a 2001 intruder 1400 and aside from carb issues after
Sitting for a few years, the engine has a lot of vibration at around
55 to 75 mph. It´s pretty bad. Does this engine have a balancer that I can
Adjust? Sweet ride but vibrates so bad that I may have to sell it. Any input
Would be appreciated. Bike has 4000 miles on it. Thanks. Jeff
