miles/h to km/h

just like that my good piaggio friend has decided to tell me my speed an milage by showing the miles instead of my usual kilometers...
Of course the only bad thing (users manual) piaggio ever made cant help me and doesn´t tell how to repair that.... can anyone help?

Philip, piaggio x9 500 evo 2004, 7500 km i suppose (4200 mls he tells me), damme belgium
