After sitting all winter my 1999 Royal Star Venture pumps gas out the tank over flow tube. At least that the only place I think it can come from. It did this last year so I took the tank off and could not find anything so put it back together and it quit till I fired it up this year. Has this happened to anyone else? What causes it?
