MY FATBOYS BEEN SITTING INN THE GARAGE FOR ABOUT A YEAR. TRIED STARTING IT AND IT WON´T REV UP. IT JUST BOGGS OUT LIKE THE CARBS OR FLOATS ARE CLOGGED. WHATS THE BEST METHOD TO FIND OUTS WHATS WRONG?
