I´ve owned one of these bikes since 1994 and I love it. It stills runs as new, indeed feels barely run-in after 30,000 miles. Handles well, engine is sweet and delivers power without fuss like turning on a tap. Why does Moto Guzzi disown this model? It isn´t even mentioned in the model history on the Guzzi website. It wasn´t the best looking model they made, which may be the problem. They certainly didn´t sell very many. The problem is it´s way too sensible; alloy wheels when all the other models had spokes; almost no chrome; flat bars and lack of ´custom´ appearance; fantastic triple Brembo brakes. It´s only real flaw was a stupid dual seat that sloped downwards so much the passenger sexually harassed you - I had to have a new seat made using the old base, in a more King and Queen style.
