bought 2002 eliminator that had been lieing up for over a year it had got a punture and the bloke who owend it drove it around ruining the tyre and tube.i got anew tyre and tube and put them on the battery is flat so i have been trying to start it with jump leads but it just wont start.iv tryed everything cleaned the plug and made sure there was a spark icleaned all the conections i could
