Sorry for not being able to help. But it seems to be an Intercontionental problem. As in the past in the Netherlands changes you would receive an answer of the official Dutch office of Moto Guzzi where not high either. But normally you will get a warranty from the company for about a year and the rest is depending on the dealer where you buy the machine.
