Absolutely, over the years (i´m 74) I´ve owned 3 HDs from a 1948 to 2002 during this time I also owned a BMW 1000RS, Kawasaki Voyager XII (the best) also a Yamaha Royal Star Venture and now a Yamaha XVS 1100. All the foreign bikes in terms of reliability and maintenance were better than the HDs. The HDs seem to be considered better looking by most but
