The setting depend a lot on your weight....but I set the front setting tight to keep the from wheel from sinking when you apply the front brake hard and have the rear setting at 3...You can get a better look out of the zrx by lowering it...lower the front 2-3 inches by sliding the fork tubes up...you will need to get some handlebar risers from genmar and you can lower the rear by cutting some coils from around the shocks... hope this helps.
