Exacly the same problem as mine when i brought it, when i pressed my start button i could hear a click click so i know the relay was working, i took the started motor off and it was buggered, it was VERY hard to turn even with pliers on the spindal, i did a straight swap, and took the starter motor off my suzGN125 and put it in my hyosung, and it works perfecly fine, starts on the button now, check electric is getting to the startermotor. check the startermotor spindal spins freely with ur fingertips! check its earthed correctly(it earths tho the engine so make sure the contact between the motor and engine is clean. i see alot of things about hyosung startermotors, and im guessing they just seize up, as they are exposed to all the elements on the road. |
