I´ve had one for about 8 months. Good value at £1400, top speed about 65MPH on flat, 75MPH down hills, so it´s not fast, but quite low gearing, so it´s easy to ride and not any slower up hills, looks are dubious, but I think it´s better than a Honda CG125 (comfier seat, smoother ride) which is about the only other bike in the price range. As for quality, depends what you mean, it´s very reliable, and will take whatever you throw at it, I leave mine outside and ride it in all weathers and never clean it, and it´s still fine! but there are a lot of plastic parts (at least they´re cheap to replace!) and poor quality chrome, and it does feel cheap, but then it is, so no surprises really! Also, it´s difficult to find cheap, reasonably new bikes second hand, so I don´t think you´d lose too much on resale.
