Tail light comes on and instrument cluster lights up intermittently when key is out of bike regardless of position on ignition switch. When I shut the bike off the tail light stays on for a little while as well and shuts off by itself and comes back on. Has anybody ever experienced this and what could be causing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
