Front Tire cupping/scalloping

2001 VFR 800 F. Owned since new. The bike, for me, is just awesome. Recurring issue with Battlax tires on front keeping cupping despite me checking pressures before I ride, EVERY TIME ! I even use different guages to double check and yet, I am on a 4th tire with only 16,000Km (about 10,000 miles).

I can´t get a straight answer out of Bridgestone and one tech told me that cupping only occurs when tire is under-pressured. His advise is to run the front tire at 38 p.s.i. instead of factory 36 p.s.i.. Other than this, it has to be a suspension issue. Ruled it out because the cupping is even on both sides of centre.

Anyone using tires other than Bridgestone with no cupping issues??
