I am considering purchasing a 2001 VFR. I have been riding for 5 years and have had two bikes...a 1997 Suzuki Marauder and currently a 1984 GL1200 Goldwing. I have never owned or ridin a sport bike or sport tourer but have heard a lot of good things about the VFR. I will be turning 45 next month and as not as agile as I once was so comfort and ergonomics are important...but at the same time I want to move to something more performance orientated. Any advice here would be greatly appreciated.
