Adding custom exhaust ( SC Project) and Givi hard bags

If I want to add Givi hard Monkey bags can you use a SC project muffler? Do you think the muffler will hit the front of the saddlebag. The SC muffler angles up higher than the stock muffler as well as Arrow, and some of the other mufflers. It looks much better and sounds better
