OMG! I have to catch my breath! I read your question with awe and respect! What a great project! I only wish I could have some small part! Ohhh, to dream!
Honda´s little (before the Trail 50 and the 70, they made a 90cc step-through frame bike like the kind that you see strapped to the back of bigger motorcycles...lol, j/k...strapped to RV´s, to use as campground and into nearby town rides. I referenced one to get a 6V headlight assembly from Honda for my Hodaka 100 (which btw, takes a 6V battery, only Hodaka may be out of business, but batteries are much the same). I would first check the mc shops for a 6V battery. I think someone will know something. Perhaps you can order one from YUASA, the battery company. I don´t think you´ll have trouble finding a battery, and if you find the bike that takes a 6V battery, you have likely found a source for other 6V
bits and pieces. White wall tires...I guess they are where you find them. Instead of asking where can I find them, you might contact tire manufacturers, tire dealers, mc shops, and there must be a couple of online mc parts-hey, Sears has motorcycle tires you can buy from online catalog-uhm, mc parts houses, I know BMW parts were available from Capitol, surely there´s a Honda House. I suppose any custom bike shop where they cater to client´s specific, if unusual wishes.
I´m sorry I couldn´t help, but I have confidence that you will complete your project with great success and huge satisfaction. It´d be nice if Bikez posted pics of your bike. I´d like to see it. You are going to be so cool riding it!
