Just recently bought this bike. Dealers will work with you on the price at least 10% off sticker. I got the silver one, like the two tone look. Bike sits a little too aggressive for me I thought in the beginning, but you can move the handle bars forward and bring the trim of the rear tail down to level out the forward leaning position the seat puts you on. Once you are positioned comfortabley, the bike is incredible and fun to ride. It feels very very light. I just came off an FZ1 and the Multi bike feels at least 100lbs lighter (really only 25lbs). The Vtwin works really well, lots of power from about 2k rpm up to around 8k rpm. Has power all they way through the the rev. To compare to my FZ1, I would say that this connects a lot earlier with less twist of the grip to gets you launched up to 75 mph easier. There is only one complaint, the seat is a bit firm, but I am used to it now. Once you aer onboard and riding you just keep smiling and smiling. My FZ1 didn´t put a smile on me like this Ducati does--I guess it´s because it is Italian, Exotic and a V twin. I get many looks. |
