| Rick: I was concerned about my bike (built in Fall of 2004), but have had no problems in 3,400 miles of riding since I bought it in May. It used 1 quart/1,000 miles when breaking in, but since then I have switched to synthetic and it seems to have dropped off. Also, we pulled my plugs and both were a nice tan color, perfect! So, hopefully I don´t have your problem, but will let the forum know if they develop. My dealer had heard of the recall, but said they were only replacing seals on bikes that were having problems. |
