It´s right underneath the tranny cover on a 98 flsts. Facing you not facing the ground. Follow the exhaust pipe down to the tranny cover. The exhaust pipe hides the drain plug. Super inconvenient def a design flaw. Which explains why they moved the drain plug on the 2000 springers in between the shocks. . I used a ratchet with a swivel on it. Worked but must use both hands to complete.
