I can tell You that optimal cruising speed for my Drag Star 650 is about 120 km/h that is about 75mph. Vibrations are present at 140 km/h (87 mph)I use to drive on cruising speed of 75 mph for 3-4 hours without stop. Also I belive that Your speed when shifting geears is to low,I cant remember exactly but in fourth I can drive 100 km/h (60 mph) without any strange vibrations. I recomend You to visit some good Yamaha service. I wish You good luck and lots of safe miles on Your bike.
Regards

Goran
