| I´m considering a Targa LX (Tomos), and have found that some have a performance kit installed. What effect(s) does such an ´upgrade´ have on these little machines? Are the LX´s at all practical for a 6-foot / 190-lb guy, for putting to the corner store (or even beyond)? |
