Yes they are reliable and lots of fun. I was going to buy another japanese bike until I rode a Ducati, I have to confess I am hooked people sure take notice of you on a Ducati. mine also is a white frame. Just make sure you check the cam belts every 20,000k also valves, change oil regular, sweet as mine has 48,000 never given me trouble. SS Dunedin NZ
