Tyre type may depend on where you buy the bike but usually a compromise on/off road tyre (maybe 70/30). Spoke wheels always have tubed tyres. Clutch is quite good. Mine had to be run in for 1000ks which is unusual in this day & age but after 1000ks not bad for a 150cc naturally aspirated bike.
Better with a few mods to improve breathing (exhaust, airbox, jetting).
