The R1100S is a true sport bike. I have out ridden numerous rockets as long as there are no real long straights, it only has 145 MPH top spd. I rode the IBA Saddlesore (1000 mi in 24 hrs) on this bike without problems. The fuel tank is a little small (ave 185)it´s only drawback. After installing the Two Bros exh helped a lot in HP and weight loss. I have it down to 510lbs and 110 HP now. The BMW is like a rock, quality period!
