The fuel pressure regulator is spliced into the fuel inlet rubber hose going to the carburetor. You can get these anywhere, even for sale on ebay. My local Advance Auto Parts has one for about $18. They are about 3" in diameter for the brand I bought. You need a low pressure one suitable for carburetors (not fuel injection, where pressures are much higher)set for 3psi. See my previous post. It really does help the driveability issue.
