Hi i just purchased this bike and it was none running at that time. it had been setting for years inside. I cant get it to start it only pops and bangs. I cleaned carb and i am sure it is in the electrical system. When you turn the key on it has a constant sparking at the plug without turning it over. all the electrical seams to work as it should but dont run. Any bode have ideas. THANKS
