it depends on wt u want to ride they are total differences toward each of these bike that why no one answers...aprilia RS is gear shifting hand clutching motorcycle bike...however DNA is automatic u really don´t need to gearshift or do any clutching as to just twisting the throttle n go...I own a DNA which i´m selling because i´m going to buy the new Aprilia RS in a month...so it depends on wt u´ve passed on ur CBT...i personally go for Aprilia RS its been in the makings for years and years as for DNA is now hard to get, since they´ve stopped making 125 DNAs...(easily Stealable) so go for the new Aprilia RS...sum says they are unreliable as for them ppl saying it unreliale they either sayin wat other are saying or they r not taking care of there bike properly...cheer smate.
