I owned a 500 gtl with approx 300 miles on the clock, I found it to be totally gutless in top gear.the slightest gradiant and it would lose power and slow down. it did sound fantastic though.
The battery had to be in tip top condition to turn the starter motor or it wouldn´t work. A bike you can forget easily ,but that sound, oh! that sound.
