I installed a QD full-sized tourpack on my ´03. The only issues are routing the electrics and antennae lines (no real problem). Took about 2hrs including removing the back rest and its brackets, Installing the box on the QD mount. As a side note the stock wiring will work as is, you just can´t completely remove the box without disconnecting the wiring and antennae cable. Connecting points are in the box.
