put the key into the whole which is on the left side of bike at the back by number plateturn it clock wise, carefull here dont snap key can be bit stiff, push down on the front seat and keep turning key clock wise then get ur fingers under the back of front seat then hey presto, make sure u have the right key mine has 3, 1 for ignition, 1 for tank, 1 for seat, hope this helps
