The saddest day of my life was the day I had to sell my Bandit 400. This bike was so much fun. I bought it back in ´94 and almost immediately put on a Mikuni stage 1 jet kit, Bridgestone lower profile tires, and a V&H exhaust. It turned this bike from a flying rocket into a screaming missle. Taking it out on the highway, I would hit my power band at around 9500 rpm and the thing would take off like it got kicked in the ass. I once did the quater mile in 11.9. No shit. Alas I had to sell it because I moved. I´ll never forgive myself. Perhaps one day I´ll buy one again.
