Can any one help me. I have just returned from touring Italy on my ST1100 Pan European, a bike I thought I would never change. But alas I have seen the light and rode around lake Como and fallen in lust with Moto Gizzies. The trouble is I am totaly lost. I would like a California 1100, I think they are beautiful and having just read up a lot they appear to be brilliantly made as well. However, I am very short of inches being 5´ 9´´ and have short legs. Is the 1100 low enough, are there any mods I could make and generaly could any one help me with some advise and points to look for when going to buy. I intend to use the bike most days for about 90 miles comute and I tour one or twice a year and definatly to Italy again, is this bike up to it. Thank you for your time and can any one recommend a sensible club to join and gain more knowledge King Regards Ian |
