Just bought cbr1000 need to know where to get parts

I just bought a 1994 cbr 1000, it wont go into first and if you force it, it is very hard to get back out of first. I am going to rebuild the bike and would like to know wheres the best place to get parts from for cheap. I would like to just buy a trany to replace this one with. Also can any one tell me what filler gauge to use to set the valves. Thanks alot
