I´m new to the group. I´ve had my ´04 1150RT for a little over a year. I picked it up used from a dealer w/ 12k and am passing through 22k now. It has taken me time to become accustom to the clunky shifting and rougher idles from previous 4 cyl bikes. Brought her up the coast this Spring w/ my oldest daughter and it handled -of course- beautifily. I´ve come to appreciate the nuances of the boxer engine and now have an ´03 1150R as well for shorter trips. What kind of oil are people using in their RT besides the BMW stuff?
