BMW 2002 R1150GS bought new 7 weeks ago. 1700 miles so far.
My nineteenth bike. Love it. Serves all my biking needs.
Handling a revelation. Feels so secure. Finish and detail work
superb, of course. Noises from ABS sensor when moving off took
a bit of getting used to. One panic stop demonstrated what a
superb braking this is. In fact, so far I cannot fault the bike.
Mine has the BMW calipers, which I believe indicates the ABSII/EVO
system. Is this an extra cost item?
