Depends on the actual model. I have a 1977 R100/7. This model came without. RT. Had full fairing some sports ones has a small nacelle round the headlamp , handlebars etc. (excuse spelling). For all info I recommend the BMW Boxer Twins Bible. Some pages are on the net.
