Light Amps

I am trying to find out how many amps my 1999 Heritage Softail Classic uses for the light system. I run with the following lights on, Headlight, Passing Lights, front trun signals (flash when activated), rear brake light (on when braking) and rear turn signals (light only when used). I recently won a bid on the module to have the rear turn signals on at all times. It states that it will use an additional 4.5 amps. It is safe to install without additional modifications to the electrical system of my bike?
