If that´s all the kms it has on it, and it hasn´t been in an accident, offer the seller a max $11,750.00. I own one a 91 and can´t say enough about dependability and plenty of power. Great Cruiser. Only thing you have to watch is the electrical, mainly battery cables and battery fluid level as the battery is surrounded by the hot/warm oil tank and battery water vapourizes. Run good Dunlop Harley rubber on it, handles fantastic. No Avon rubber as Avons are a soft tire.
