hard to push/move in neutral..lots of drag

I just purchased my 1992 Heritage softail. It is a bear to push, in neutral. sounds like there is a lot of drag from something. brakes?
I´m 5´5 and 155 lbs female, and I need assistance moving it around.
please advise.
