One up go for the Yamaha XJ600 Diversion.
2 up the 900 would be better, but its thirsty and tough on tyres.
Useful performance and headline high rev power are not the same thing. R6s etc are great at what they were designed for - race tracks. On the road they are a pain both physically and mentally. Physically because they are uncomfortable and you cant see the traffic arounf you properly and metally because they are effin fast handle great and you can only use a fraction of its ability.
