Back on a Beemer!!!

First Beemer was a new R60/2 in 1962 and owned all the slash 2´s,5´s,6´s & 7´s, R100´s since then. Switched to Harley & Honda in 1985 and still have 2. Bought a nice (40,000 miles) 1990 K100LT 2 weeks ago; it´s my first 4cyl BMW and not too sure that I´m, going to like it. I am just not accustomed to turning 3000 rpm at 60 mph; keep searching for another (6th) gear.
Just looking for a frindly informative forum.
