I just bought a year 2000 TT 600 and it is original with 2,600 miles. The original owner put a new Triumph exhaust slip on, so to speak, so it does not have the original exhaust, he told me that it needs to be re-mapped for the new exhaust. Does anyone know if this is true? It does not seem to idle properly. I do think it is original. someone else said to try a power commander. I´ve never owned a Triumph, but this is an extremely nice bike. I would appreciate any advice. I also thought about buying a stock exhaust.
