I totally agree with Daves comments. I had exactly the same problem, ie coil breaking down. Trouble with todays ´technicians,´ if they cant plug a laptop into it they are lost. I had my bike sorted by old fashioned Triumph mechanics at Tri Moto, Greenwich. They knew exactly how to fix it, and were very competitive on price, (as long as you make the tea!) Seriously I would recommend Tri Moto to anyone, even non Triumph owners. What these guys know about bikes is awesome.
