Trophy 1200 Transmission problems ????

At 5,000 miles started to have transmission problems... shift into 4th gear and it is in netural takes 3 tries to get into 4th.... shift lever does not always sping back... hard to find netural between 1st & 2nd gear.... netural light comes on and it is still in gear... bike is going into the dealer this week.... anyone else have this problem ?????
