The front springs are half as strong as they need to be, and the rear shock is not rebuildable. Other than these problems the bike is pretty good. Some have problems with the bikes top heavy nature at slow speeds. I do not. I wheelie mine, and regularely wax riders on twice the bike, as long as the road is tight and twisty.
Riding ability can make up for allot of a bikes shortcomings...Is´nt it wonderfull. I´ve put 8,000 trouble free miles on my Trident in the last six months, and enjoy it thoroughly. Eric
