i have always used straight 90w in my transmission case (gearbox) and straight 30w castrol GTX in my oil tank,(oil in frame) and 20/50 (in the clutch case} in my Triumph. never had a problem,EVER!!! lubrication wise, also 5w transmition fluid in the forks. never had a leak. but dont take my word for it..
