I´m looking at a ´2000 955 Sprint to buy for myself to play around on weekends and anytime I feel the need to ride. The guy that owns the bike says he doesn´t have time for it anymore. He says it ran perfect up until the last time he went to ride it and it wouldn´t start. He says he raised the gas tank and it fired right up which according to him is a weak fuel pump. My question is this. Does this sound like a weak fuel pump or something more? If it is the fuel pump, how difficult is it to replace? They sell for around $20 on e-bay. Any input would be greatly appreciated. On, and anyone know where to get reasonably priced fairings? Thanks
