I had the same problem with my tiger 2006. charging problems. This motorcicle could be bether if become their eletrical parts stronger.
I changed the voltage regulator one time and 3 bateries until now. No one knows what is hapenig with my bike. Eletrical problems becomes normal and may insecurity with this bike. I´m very upset about that
Iheart abaou ua possinble stator problem.
Please, if somebody know what i have to do, write me
